Resistance Training is 30 minute group fitness class that focuses on body sculpting, muscle toning, and increasing strength. All exercises are completed in succession to maximize time and results. In each class, participants will utilize weights to easily transition from one exercise to the next focusing on and isolating the legs, arms, back, chest, shoulders, and abs. Participants will expect to see quick results in strength, tone, and structure!
