After configuring how many calories you need and what foods to be eating, you can accelerate the fat burning with full body multi-joint exercises. When using a large muscle group, it takes more energy, and that’s what we want. Example exercises include squats, deadlifts, cleans, push ups, pull ups, push presses, etc…

Examples of classes that will help with this would be Body Pump, Grit, Small Group Training Resistance Training and Turbo Kick.
